Decrosslinking process

The granulate undergoes a decrosslinking process, where the chemical bonds in the rubber are altered, making it viscous and ready for reuse. After cooling, this decrosslinked rubber is formed into sheets or strips, which can be compounded and manufactured into new rubber products such as car tires, rubber mats, conveyor belts, hoses, and vibration dampers.
